All special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you do not like the item, you will be refunded all but the 20% deposit & shipping cost. If the instrument is damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it with the same model and color item.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:  Check the item the day you receive it to make sure it arrived safely.  In the unlikely event that the item was damaged in shipping call Guitar Stop @ 
617 876-0687 immediately, Repack the item in all the original packaging.

Full Refund within 7 days of purchase or 7 days from delivery date if the item is shipped.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition with all packaging and
original sales receipt or subject to a minimum10% restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted without an RA#

US Priority Mail shipped items:  
ship the order insured back to: Guitar Stop 1760 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140 
A full refund minus the initial shipping charge will be processed and an e-mail confirmation will be sent the day the order is received.

UPS shipped items: Guitar Stop will mail you a return shipping label.  Repack the order in all 
the original packaging.  Once you receive the return label bring your order to any UPS drop off center.  All returned items will be charged a shipping and handling fee each way.  

Orders $199.99 or less will be charged the initial shipping and handling charge each way 
Orders $200 or over will be charged $25 each way =  $50 total.  

A full refund minus shipping and handling charge will be processed and an e-mail confirmation 
will be sent the day the order is received.
